When you contact us through the quotation form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your request.

Purposes

We use this data to assess your request, prepare a quotation, contact you and establish and manage a possible business relationship.

Legal basis and collection

Data is collected electronically through the website form, email, phone and messaging apps. Processing is based on its being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract and on our legitimate interest.

Sharing

Your data may be shared only with the hosting and email service providers we use to receive and store your request, to the extent the service requires, and with competent public authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purposes require and for the retention periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and its deletion where the conditions are met, to object to results arising solely from automated processing and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
