WASPPOLYMER produces EPP, XPE and rubber foams as well as recycled XPE foams, rubber foams and impact absorbers. Our recycled XPE shock pads for sports fields and playgrounds are produced coated, with puzzle edges and in high quality, backed by HIC tests and stable dimensions.

We produce flexibly to customer requirements and market demand. From low to high density, we put customer satisfaction first on every order and deliver high quality with short lead times and competitive cost.

Our journey

  1. 2021

    Foundation

    We started out with R&D, production technology consulting and production line set-up for polymer foams.

  2. 2022

    Playgrounds and sports

    We supplied EPP and XPE shock pads, adhesives and repair tapes for playgrounds and sports fields and took part in many projects.

  3. Today

    WASPGUARD

    We offer the WASPGUARD shock pad system, made from recycled XPE, tested to EN 1177 and CE-marked.

Production and supply

Our production facilities are in Bursa, one of the centres of Turkish industry. We produce straight or puzzle panels, rolls or customer-specific sizes and ship them palletised.
